(December 10, 2018, 2:37 pm)I just spent 12 days at this facility after major surgery, and was very, very pleased with the entire experience. I only had one very minor concern, and it was addressed and expeditiously resolved immediately once I expressed it. The care was superlative, and I was checked on regularly by the nursing staff, CNAs, and others. I had numerous interactions with the Directors of Nursing, Admissions, and Food Service, and they were all consummate professionals who very obviously enjoyed their jobs, and had every answer I sought. The Rehab Dept. was always a pleasure, and its member were tremendous and very kind and helpful to me.
I wish Chestnut Woods and its staff every success. Real pros! A++! -
