    I retained Attorney Guida to prepare an initial firearms license application and couldn’t be more satisfied with his services. He thoroughly explained all my options, answered all my legal questions, and broke down the process to obtain my LTC in an easy to understand and step by step matter. With his representation and the LTC application he prepared for me, I was able to obtain my LTC-A without restrictions, in well-under the 40 days that the PD has to issue a license. His fee structure was fair and extremely reasonable and his retainer agreement clearly spelled out his scope of representation.

    I would definitely entrust him to take care of any further legal matters down the line, should the need arise, and would easily recommend him to my friends and family. For anyone that may require an attorney who is intimately familiar with the intricacies of MA Firearms Law as well as an attorney that has the appropriate connections with various licensing authorities, and is looking for assistance and quality representation with firearm-related legal matters, look no further than Attorney Guida!

    After researching several attorneys and contacting a couple who claimed to specialize in firearms licensing matters, I was satisfied that Attorney Jason Guida had the specific requisite experience. In my business I routinely deal with attorneys and realized you really need a specialist when it comes to Second Amendment issues and Attorney Guida did not disappoint.

    Attorney Guida explained I had a difficult case with a particularly difficult authority. He was not deterred and ultimately was able to settle the matter to my satisfaction without a protracted expensive battle.

    His retainer agreement was clear and concise and his fee structure was very reasonable. He did exactly what he said he would do, all in short order. His paralegal, Taylor, was top notch as well. Thank you!

    After having been denied a LTC based on something on my record from 25 years ago which I had no knowledge of since it did not show up on regular background checks, I reached out to Attorney Guida. He heard my story and decided to take my case even tough it was a long shot for the decision from the Chief Of Police to be reversed. Attorney Guida guided me through the entire process from the consultations and all the way through the court proceedings. I'm happy to report the with Attorney Guida's help, I now have my unrestricted LTC! He made the impossible, possible!
