Got my front end replaced here and they did a phenomenal job. Jason, the owner, made sure to care of me, they did some paint less dent repair as a nice surprise which I didn’t have to pay for. Kim, who works at the front desk, is super nice and very communicative. My number one take away was that she said it will take about two weeks to get repaired and it took exactly two weeks, which is refreshing given the stigma around shops taking their time with your car. 5/5 would recommend for anyone looking for an established shop to go to.

We went to Swampscott Collision with a water leakage problem which they not only diagnosed correctly, but worked with us to prevent our insurance company from totaling the car. This saved us $10,000 in the price of a new car, and did a meticulous job repairing and replacing the interior as well as fixing some cosmetic issues on the outside and delivering us a waxed and polished car.

The service and communication were exceptional, as was the work itself. We felt like we really had someone on our side in dealing with the insurance company. Cannot recommend them too highly.

When I picked up my car last Friday, my car looked brand new. The workmanship was outstanding. They arranged every detail down to the rental car.
