(November 25, 2022, 12:29 pm)I disagree with the other posts. I had a very pleasant experience at this branch. My card was stolen. The teller helped not only get a temporary card but took the time to show me how to access it on Apple Pay until my new one arrived In the mail. He even got me with a banker and helped me changed my password. I do agree that the lines can be long, people need to remember that B of A also does the EDD card. And many people are still unemployed from the pandemic. That is why all Bank of Americas have long lines today not just this branch. I think this is a solid branch.
