Katelyn took an extraordinary amount of time out of her day to help answer all of my problems and in doing so had a smile on her face the entire time. Her product knowledge was remarkable! I never once felt pressured into getting anything I wasn’t really Interested in. I left the store after purchasing my new phone with the highest satisfaction in Katelyns customer service! I highly recommend that when anyone goes in there to ask for Katelyn so they can get the same customer service that I had received.”
