“I can NOT say enough great things about Dr. Bassler and her staff! A few years ago we were told our dog, Emma, had a mast cell tumor in her nose. Looking for answers and feeling frustrated, I ended up calling Dr. Bassler. We got in right away, she was calm and caring, gave us hope, and set us up with appointments to get to the bottom of it. She referred us to an oncologist and Emma underwent chemotherapy and surgery to remove her tumor. Since then, we call and e-mail any time we find spots. Dr. Bassler always takes us, answers my frantic e-mails, and is always kind and considerate. Her staff knows our dog and is so amazing with calls and follow ups. We trust them and ONLY them with our pup! I truly think they saved her life and I am continuously grateful for them all.
