Not going into details but there was an issue with one of our orders and the owner/manager (not sure which) came out immediately and explained the situation. It is not often that you get that kind of service. No excuses or blame just resolutions. I'm very impressed! Fajitas were good. Be sure and ask for the spicy salsa. It's very good! “Don't expect a fancy interior. Huge horseshoe bar on one side with booths on the other and wood paneled walls with carpet inside. That said, they have awesome burgers and recently add a number of grilled chicken sandwiches to the menu. Many people get their pizza and I recently had their steak tips which were well seasoned and cooked perfectly medium rare. Love the multiple Ipswich Brewery options on tap,especially at 22 ounce pours. It didn't get a full 5 star rating as I feel a few improvements would make this place phenomenal. 1.) They use frozen fries. It's not expensive to make hand cut fries and it would make a HUGE difference. 2.) Same with their chicken fingers. If they made fresh versus frozen it would be huge. The service is excellent and the value is great. Highly recommend Pub 97 to all!”
