Of course because it’s prom season the store is busy but the customer service was so good that you don’t even notice the other people shopping because you are made to feel like their top priority. The sales woman directed me to where I would find dresses in my size and she made some great suggestions for me to look at. I also showed her some styles I found online and without issue she found them for me. I’m happy to say Glitterati has a great selection and they had every dress I was looking for. When trying on these dresses I was never rushed and the sales woman really took her time with me which was very nice since other stores I have been to tend to rush you out of the store. I ended up finding a beautiful dress that I loved so much and it was the perfect fit. Another added bonus was that the price was very reasonable for such great quality. I will definitely be a returning customer and recommend Glitterati to all my friends and family.”

“This was one of my most positive visit to a Starbucks. This is a newer store, thus it does not have the large crowds of 'loungers' and wear and tear. What was positive is Tori's way of handling her job. She was neutral in her smile and tone as she asked "what can I get started for you?". That is the correct way to handle a new walk in customer. She did not project, or judge. Later on, I returned to retrieve my forgotten phone and had a similar positive interaction with the girl who was obviously working on something else and walked over to assist me. The interaction was direct and respectful. Unfortunately it was too short and I did not take time to learn her name. This store need to continue as they are delight to visit.”
