“I shop at this location often (Walnut St Saugus), and honestly I have to say the staff are very friendly and helpful. The photo center has helped me many times and made many suggestions I didn’t even know about in regards to gift giving. More importantly is the pharmacy. I’ve been to many pharmacies, many to say the least need serious help in customer service. From my experience, going to so many, and being in the service industry, I feel I can recognize beyond good service. At this location, it seems, I usually stand in line for just a few minutes and most of the time I am “lucky “ to get the same young lady. She is phenomenal. So much so, I complimented her and asked for her name. Her name is Diane. She is so friendly, yet professional. She goes out of her way to please every customer. As I stand in line I watch and say to myself, this girl is such an asset. She has so much patience, even when a customer is being negative, she still tries to please them with her big smile. She works well with the pharmacist’s as well . They make a great team which adds to a pleasant experience to the customer. If anyone is having issues with pharmacies, try this location, you will not be disappointed.”

“I went to check out a couple of items that were in their flier, a Shuffling Snoopy for my granddaughter & a Harry Potter Hogwarts fleece throw with arms for my daughter-in-law. The Snoopy is a riot, it plays the Charlie Brown theme song & shuffles to the side as it plays. My daughter-in-law is big into Harry Potter so she will like the fleece. Both items were priced right & should go over well with the recipients!”

“My 2012 Honda Fit battery lost its ability to turn over the engine after I had mistakenly left the lights on. And I mean I left the lights on for maybe 3 minutes! Since the battery was 7 years old and seemed to be losing it's Reserve Capacity, I called Batteries Plus Bulbs in Saugus MA . Confirmed the battery was in stock. Ordered online and drove over for store pickup. Very nice people and great service. John installed (no extra charge) the battery in 15 minutes. Really a good experience. I will go back. BTW When I first got to their website, I tried to use the "Find my Battery" interface but it didn't work. Instead I used the sites' regular search function looking for the "group size" of the battery which I happened to know (in my case 151R). Bingo! Very good price as well.”

I bought a used Acura TL that was not taken care of (engine wise) after an oil change, and change out the air filters and driving it around. I learn it needed a professional to tell me what will make car run efficient with power again. I brought it into NewEngland Auto in Saugus MA. After meeting Calvin, he told me what I need to do to bring this car back to life again. He told me to bring it in the morning and pick it up after work, and I will be happy for a long time. Well it’s now year 2 and I am still amazed how great this car is running. It hard to find a person who cares about fixing cars/trucks, and the safety of his customer. The work done to my car: Reprogram the ECU Change the spark plugs Replace the gasket Flush the coolant Change the timing belt Replace the water-pump All this was all done - and he beat the price of three Acura dealer using Acura parts -WOW right !!! Calvin will make sure you fall in love with your car once again….”
