“Neat small town store, with the charm of the ocean. A lot of fun t-shirts representing the town and beaches. With some cool handmade accessories and pillows. Worth checking out, especially the back porch, it has a nice view over the harbor!”

“This place makes it quick and easy to rent kayaks and paddle boats for family adventures. They have a small shop just past the Fudgery (yes, I should be embarrassed that I used the candy store as a landmark). The owner and employees are friendly and knowledge and will get you in the right vessel. Just outside the shop they will get you suited up with life jackets and paddles and then direct you around the corner to the tiny beach front. I think our last visit cost $50 for a pair of 2-person kayak rentals for an hour. Note that they are flexible on the timing. It is also worth noting that one of my sons sounded interested in kayaking only to have him flip out as we tried to get into the kayak. The shop owner was very understanding and refunded our money after spending a few minutes consoling my child and explaining how safe the adventure could be. They could not have been more caring or understanding! My child has gotten over that issue and we have since had a few kayaking tours! As for the kayaking, it is a few minutes to the open ocean and you can zoom around in one direction to front beach or out to the lighthouse in the other direction. You can also tour the harbor, but that was far less interesting for our taste.”

“Jim has done several projects for us - replacing living room picture window when we found rot, building a dormer over our front entrance, replacing the back deck, fixing our shed and remodeling two bathrooms. Needless to say, his workmanship is excellent (which is why we keep having him come back!) Very easy to work with, honest and very professional. I highly recommend this company.”

“I have had nothing but positive experiences with Main Stream Mechanical. I found them originally on Angie's List and was impressed with the number and breadth of positive reviews. I have had them service my boiler and heat pump and both times the process was exceptional. From the administrative staff who answer the phones and help with the scheduling to the service providers themselves, everyone was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and professional. They will undoubtedly have my business for years to come.”

“Very honest and reasonable. Had my TV repaired and back home in four days. He got back to me within an hour of dropping it off to explain the necessary repair and to get the okay to proceed. He had to order the part and had the unit repaired when he said he would. Many today think that TVs are disposable but don’t be too hasty. In my case, Mr.Gauthier saved me hundreds of dollars and he has gained a loyal customer.”
