“My only negative comments are the prices are high (Georgetown is a typically upscale town, and the prices reflect that); and unless you know that they are difficult to find unless you know to Google Georgetown Hardware. Aside from those critiques, the positives are that they have a large variety of choices considering they are small. Also, the staff are very knowledgeable and have great suggestions to consider. They are extremely customer friendly. For "Local Yokels", I think it's worth the slightly higher prices.”

“This place is terrific! They are honest, they do good work, their prices are reasonable. If they think your vehicle does not need something, they tell you, rather than going ahead and doing the work, or making up problems so that they have more to fix. We've taken several different vehicles to Hamilton, and have always been pleased with the results. And I love the fact that they don't talk down to me, even if hubby isn't there ... they never give me the 'dumb woman' treatment.”

“This place deserves high star ratings. Got a great deal on a high mileage truck that runs like new. I had to get it on crunch time and they worked with us so we could get it home sooner rather than later. Needed work done after and they took care of it, no problem! Even put mud flaps on for me. Dana and his team run a great business where everyone can have the opportunity to get a nice used vehicle. You gotta check them out.”

We trust him explicitly - - He is always honest, informative and to the point so that we have the necessary information to make decisions concerning repairs. - He stands by his work and our cars have performed better because of his knowledge, experience and talent. - He is always friendly and available to discuss what to do for the best outcome possible. - We have never felt "overfixed" or overcharged and believe that he does his best to keep costs down whenever possible. However, he does not cut any corners that are necessary and always does what's best for the customer's vehicle and their safety.
