“Beautiful and very clean studio. I was visiting the area because my husband was running the Cape Ann Half Marathon. He ran and I went to a Yoga Sculpt class. Loved it! The only recommendation would be to consider having 5 or 8 pounds weights in addition to the 3 and 2 pounds. That would allow individuals to push consider themselves a bit more if they choose to. But otherwise really loved it! Great teacher.”

“I’m not from the area I was just staying at one of the hotel near by. I needed a massage so bad since my back was so tense, I hadn't have a massage for almost a year because I been so busy with the baby. I wanted a full spa day but everything else was booked or they were not picking up. I came across this place and was willing to give anything a try. Im glad I did, I got a deep tissue massage and OMG IT WAS AMAZING!!!! She knew what area to work on and she was very good with her hands pressure. Usually is very hard for me to find a massage person to have good pressure. I left feeling amazing. I would def come here every month if I live close by. I would recommend it if your looking to get the result you want.”

“Good value: If you're looking for a 5 Star mainstream hotel don't expect to find it here. This is an old business with a nice nostalgic feel. The room we had was clean and smelled nice. They are slowly renovating the place and their service is excellent. I would stay here again especially if I was looking for a bargain and some old school feel.”
