“I've been with Dr Seymour for years and she always comes in and talks with you after any procedures she has done, I have a endoscopy yearly, she has always been polite, she answers all questions and she is friendly. I have used both Merrimac valley and Anna Jaques, tbh I prefer her nursing staff at the Merrimac valley day surgery to Anna Jaques. I've been at the MV one for about 15 + years, this year 1st time at Anna Jaques, 1st time I was talked to coarsely, abrupt, left me in the hallway standing there in a gown, they were running an hour or so behind, but they could of still been friendly, sure didn't feel the care. However Dr Seymour was her cheery self and did try to respectfully sternly let them know I was a long time patient. Unfortunately, I can't use Merrimac valley anymore due to insurance, I'm not sure if I want to go back to Anna Jaques either. Good luck, she's an awesome gastrologist.”
