“Don't expect a fancy interior. Huge horseshoe bar on one side with booths on the other and wood paneled walls with carpet inside. That said, they have awesome burgers and recently add a number of grilled chicken sandwiches to the menu. Many people get their pizza and I recently had their steak tips which were well seasoned and cooked perfectly medium rare. Love the multiple Ipswich Brewery options on tap,especially at 22 ounce pours. It didn't get a full 5 star rating as I feel a few improvements would make this place phenomenal. 1.) They use frozen fries. It's not expensive to make hand cut fries and it would make a HUGE difference. 2.) Same with their chicken fingers. If they made fresh versus frozen it would be huge. The service is excellent and the value is great. Highly recommend Pub 97 to all!”

I recently completed a transaction with him that went as well as could be hoped for. He advertised a piece of equipment, I made an offer on it, he accepted my offer, and I picked up the unit at his warehouse at the agreed upon time. The unit was in the condition he described (and perhaps better). Kathleen, their kitchen designer, came to our home, listened and helped us refine our vision for the kitchen renovation. She had great ideas we hadn’t thought of. We went back and forth many times on the design. Kathleen responded to every message and email almost immediately. She made many revisions and had a lot of patience with us! Everyone else there, including Ed, Bessie and Brian Curtis was fantastic! The guys who installed our cabinets were amazing and very meticulous about every detail. The time it took to build and install our cabinets was great! I didn’t even mention the QUALITY of the cabinets! Wow!
