“Just returned (empty-handed) from an exhausting weekend shopping for a prom dress in northern Mass & southern NH. We visited ELEVEN stores, including high end boutiques, mall stores, and consignment stores . . . and this was our favorite! Though we didn't find THE dress there, it was the most pleasant store in which to shop and try on dresses. The staff was all very helpful and yet low-key and no pressure; not pretentious and snooty like some of the other stores we visited. The selection was great, and we loved that we had our own fitting room and our own private mirror, perfect for a self-conscious teenage girl. We clearly came "late to the game," so we didn't find the perfect dress to buy, though we wanted to just because the staff was so nice and the prices were very reasonable. When it comes time to search for a wedding gown, we will start our search here!”
