“With winter approaching, I thought it would be a good idea to climb up on my roof and seal around the six skylights, four exhaust vents, chimney flashing and four vent pipes to prevent leaks as I've experienced in the past. Big mistake, my roof is so steep I was afraid I'd slide off. My neighbor recommended SML Roofing here in Peabody. I called their office early afternoon on 12/2/20 and Tammy Lamonde answered. Right off she was cheerful, pleasant and anxious to help. After I explained the reason for my call, she told me Steve was working nearby and she would call him to see if he could stop by. Shortly thereafter, Steve arrived. After climbing a ladder to assess the situation, we agreed on a price and he got to work. Not only did he seal around the critical areas, he discovered a section of missing roof caps and decomposing mortar around the chimney which he replaced and repaired, WITHOUT AN UP-CHARGE ON OUR AGREED UPON PRICE. He also told me that my roof, which is 31 years old, is in good shape and can likely last for another 6 to 8 years with occasional maintenance. At the conclusion of the work I discovered that Tammy & Steve are husband and wife and that they've been in business for more than 15-years. Prompt, professional, courteous, fair, responsible and just nice people to deal with. IF I COULD RATE THEM HIGHER THAN FIVE STARS I WOULD. regards, Rich Yagjian”

“A very kind and helpful employee named Iris went above and beyond for me tonight. My whole week was stressful and challengi g. My remote key fob on my car needed a new battery. It stopped working when I had come out of a grocery store earlier in the evening. I Could not even get into my car and had to figure that one out.Then I proceeded to try three or four stores and almost gave up until I went into Walgreens. By then I was tired and stressed. Thankfully, They had what I wanted. Iris was kind, helpful and so gracious and offered to help me put the new battery in the car remote. She made my night! Thank you!!!”

“Having been to ER toooo many times before for various family members, this was clearly the best, most patient, most communicative ER doctor I’ve dealt with. As the night wore on, you could see that even the nursing staff had a good -no, great- relationship with him, joking and laughing with him. After sticking dad 1000 times, they could not a good enough vein for IV so they decided to use an ultrasound machine to guide the need. Dr Crespo patiently explained to me and 4 nursing staff and interns what we were seeing on the ultrasound (which vessel was winking vs beating, needle depth etc.), answered “dumb” questions etc. kinda like a mini lecture.”

“Great Dentist. Everyone is very kind. I’m extremely petrified of going to the dentist and needed to have 2 teeth taken out very badly. Was seen quickly and with no judgement. Was referred out to a great surgeon and had my teeth taken out that week. Dr.E is kind and informative and does not judge just wants to help and keep your teeth as healthy as possible. The other dentists techs or assistants (not sure what to call them) are amazing, tell you what they are doing every step of the way and make the visit very comfortable. Office is insanely clean. Everyone is masked up, even the receptionists (which is amazing because people seem to think Covid isn’t real anymore) I have been back once since my surgery for a cleaning and now getting a filling in a few weeks. Very much looking forward to my appointments because I know I will be treated with respect and kindness. Would give them 10 stars if I could.”
