We had another plumbing company come out to look out our non-functional heater. They took it apart and then told us there was no way to put it back together. I was referred to Mark who come out on very short notice. While he was here, he was able to get the heat working as a short-term fix. While here, he also spent time doing a full review of our plumbing systems and fixed two persistent issues that countless plumbers had not been able to solve over five years and multiple visits. As expected, the fix to the heater was temporary and when we needed to replace it in full, Mark was able to move around his schedule and be here the very next day. The installation was smooth and very high-quality. In addition, he beat the original plumber's quote by $2,000 and, the best part, he went out of his way to fix the ventilation system of our dryer, which was also broken, at NO charge to us. I highly recommend Mark and Epic Plumbing.”
