“I shop at this location often (Walnut St Saugus), and honestly I have to say the staff are very friendly and helpful. The photo center has helped me many times and made many suggestions I didn’t even know about in regards to gift giving. More importantly is the pharmacy. I’ve been to many pharmacies, many to say the least need serious help in customer service. From my experience, going to so many, and being in the service industry, I feel I can recognize beyond good service. At this location, it seems, I usually stand in line for just a few minutes and most of the time I am “lucky “ to get the same young lady. She is phenomenal. So much so, I complimented her and asked for her name. Her name is Diane. She is so friendly, yet professional. She goes out of her way to please every customer. As I stand in line I watch and say to myself, this girl is such an asset. She has so much patience, even when a customer is being negative, she still tries to please them with her big smile. She works well with the pharmacist’s as well . They make a great team which adds to a pleasant experience to the customer. If anyone is having issues with pharmacies, try this location, you will not be disappointed.”

“Been going there for many years the staff and Doctors are very caring,We take our Main Coon cats to Dr. Karin Anderson who is phenomenal not to say the other doctors are not but we have delt with her for about 25 years she’s caring ,understanding and even came to our house when it was time to put one of or Maine Coon to sleep knowing that he did not like to travel in the car she made his last day comfortable at home. I would highly recommend Saugus Animal Hospital.”

This is one of the few touchless car washes that I’ve found in Massachusetts but beware if you go on the weekends it could take almost 20 to thirty minutes before you even get into the car wash. The prices are great and it’s 18 dollars for the best package and 14 if you skip the wax feature. Open 24/7. Also you’re bound to get lost getting here and be careful getting back onto the highway.”

I BROKE DOWN ON THE LYNNWAY AND I HAD CALLED THIS PLACE AND THEY HAD SENT ME A FREE TOW TRUCK TO HAVE MY CAR TOWED TO THEIR SHOP AND I COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW FAST THE DRIVER WAS THERE TO HELP ME AND HE MADE ME FEEL SO AT EASE AND KEPT REASSURING ME THAT EVERYTHING WILL BE OKAY AND NOT TO WORRY THAT THE MECHANICS WILL HAVE MY CAR FIXED IN NO TIME AND THANK GOD CAUSE HE WAS RIGHT!!! FOR THE WORK I GOT DONE ON MY CAR AND THE FREE TOW AND THE GREAT PEOPLE THERE .. I WILL ALWAYS ALWAYS BE USING THESE GUYS..
