“We moved in to Princeton as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) 10 days ago and we have had an interesting experience so far. Our kids are very young, kids will be kids and were running/jumping/laughing/crying etc. in the apartment. No matter how much we tried to control it, it was occasionally loud. We had a couple of neighbors complain about the sounds from our place despite our efforts to keep things mellow. However, The MANAGEMENT TEAM IS FANTASTIC! They take care of you like family. Jen, Colleen, Matt are so so supportive and kind. When we brought this to their notice, they took matters into their own hands and ordered shock proof mats for the floors. They said kids will be kids and made a work around it. They didn't ask us to convince our one year old to "understand" and not make noise which is what the neighbors were expecting. Having said this, if you have young, exuberant kids, ask for an apartment in the ground floor. This is a discussion that can be had upfront before leasing (which we didn't think of or do). Overall, management get s a 5/5, our experience so far 3/5 (and has nothing to do with the quality of living or the management).”
