Star has worked with us several times, twice for major renovations of income property we own. We have each time been impressed with the ease of communication, attention to detail, estimate accuracy, and scheduling. Bob is deeply knowledgeable, dedicated to open dialogue and quality workmanship from a project's beginning to its completion. Bob carefully manages his team of carpenters and subcontractors and keeps the project moving on time and within budget. He always discussed unexpected difficulties and made sure changes we requested were clearly understood. For the most recent renovation, Star was contracted to do all the major tasks involved in a complete redo of the kitchen, bath, and back entranceway. When we were unexpectantly not able to complete a significant number of smaller tasks we had planned to do ourselves, Bob and his crew stepped in, working days, evenings, and some weekends, to make sure the apartment was ready in time for the new tenant. They went above and beyond and for that we are forever grateful. She did not try to sway me in either direction, but gave me information I needed to make my own decision. The waiting room is nice, but I have to say when you walk into the back room it looks a little sketchy. Each room has walls around it that do not go to the ceiling, and it's a little dark in the rooms, so you kind of just feel like you are partitioned off from the other patients by plywood. Other than that, everything was great. And what it looks like really doesn't matter, as long as it's safe and clean, which it was. I will be going back and would recommend.”
