I've been a client of Eric's since January. When I went to him, I had joint pain, stomach issues and trouble sleeping. Through his detailed nutrition and supplement plan, I was able to change the way I look at food. His plan isn't a quick fix diet, it's a whole way of changing how you eat, sleep and live. It's now April, and I am recovering quicker from my workouts; my joints are noticeably healthier and I no longer need a sleep aid at night =0) with his food plan, I now prepare good, healthy foods, know what to avoid, and feel empowered that I am eating to fuel and heal my body. I highly recommend Eric as a resource to health and well being!

Eric was fantastic. He is so knowledgable; he knows all the right questions to ask to figure out how to resolve whatever issues you're facing. Nobody had been able to fix my acne! Seriously had tried everything from drugstore brands to prescriptions. He had me diligently cut items from my diet, keep record of my skin, and take supplements. My skin is clearer than it's ever been, my energy is better, and my sleep is better. Can't thank Eric enough.

Eric is awesome. Fact. He is serious about his consulting and he makes sure you are on board as well. I came to him for a life change and had been trying all kinds of diets and methods of eating healthy and really seeing no results for about a year! I am in my early 40s with no kids...a stressful job, but that was mainly it. I did the 3mth program with Eric and I wasn't the best at staying on track. We cut out my drinking of wine and beer which was a huge change. But once I got to month 3, I really got into it and I have to say everything he told me worked. I lost 10lbs over those 3mths with my goal of 20lbs. My partner is also on the same eating habits because he has seen significant results, too. We are really happy with our results and would absolutely refer Eric to anyone! I finally got back into my running and here is a picture of my team after we ran over 200 miles in NH this year! I ran about 20miles in 24hrs. It was awesome! (I am bottom right squatting down.)

The nutrition program that Eric Reardon introduced and educated me on was life-changing. I have been on countless diets over the past 20+ years hoping to shed pounds for a sustained period, but none were anywhere near as effective as Eric. I used to be at the gym daily to “self-diet and exercise”, not realizing it isn’t just the work-outs that help you, but it is also what you feed your body (The Temple)! I started with Eric after finally getting sick of listening to my primary care doctor about the need to lose some weight. I asked my primary care for a recommendation, but I was not satisfied with the very vague process and I was not seeing results through his referral.

This lead me to a web search a few months later for Nutritionist’s and Dietitian’s in my area and BOOM (drop the mic) I see Eric Reardon. I read his credentials and I want to give him a try. I call Eric for the free screening and we then decided to proceed with a 45-minute appointment to go into more detail. This meeting took place 11/23/16, the day before Thanksgiving! After our meeting, he asked me if I was interested in the program and I knew it was for me! I had an appointment every two weeks where we discussed my “eating log” and various methods/advise. In retrospect, it was the best thing I ever did for the health of my body; I wish I had started sooner! He has educated me on the value of nutrition, why we need to eat fresh food, and how food affects our body. He got as detailed to even give me information on the choice of spices that I can cook with. He does not promote counting calories, but to focus on READING THE LABELS and to eat the proper portions. I had my last visit with Eric on 05/10/17 (a roughly 6-month period), dropping a total of 30+ pounds. I must say I miss the visits with Eric as he has turned into a friend that I can continue to email and ask questions; even send him a picture of a label once in a while.

I highly recommended Eric because I know that his Nutrition Program is effective. Before you start, be sure to look yourself in the mirror and prepare yourself for the commitment; it is without question you will be satisfied with him and his methods.

I was diagnosed with Lupus, allergies, and had carpel tunnel so bad in both arms I would wake up 3 to 4 times a night. I was seeing about 4 different doctors and they just kept prescribing more medications. I was losing my hair, in pain every day, and felt extremely fatigue all the time.
I knew I needed something more than drugs, so I went to see Eric at Crossroads to Health for help. The first thing Eric did was taking me off gluten and treat me for leaky gut. I immediately started to feel better. He helped me make changes in my eating habits and educated me on the correct foods and supplements to help with my inflammation. He then recommended a series of tests to find the root of my problems.
I feel I am more knowledgeable about the foods I eat, have better energy and I am getting stronger every day. I no longer have to take so many medications. Eric taught me the power of the foods we eat can really help you heal. Crossroad to Health has changed my life and helped me to create healthier life changing habits. Thank-you, Eric
