Conventional doctors were not able to provide me with any relief other than the typical prescription of ice, ibuprofen and exercise. I tried that route and got minimal and very temporary relief at best. When walking became painful, I opted to try acupuncture. Irina worked wonders. She developed a targeted treatment plan on my first visit and confidently set expectations. Not only was she able to provide noticeable relief and improvement after one visit, I left the appointment knowing how long my course of treatment was expected be. Finally, and end in sight! After about six visits, I was symptom free and had a new appreciation for being able to stand and walk pain free. Thank you Irina.
