  I started getting facials with Dianne nearly 15 years ago when she was at Exhale in the Back Bay and have followed her to Birch Tree Esthetics. Dianne is a wonderful person and an extremely talented esthetician. She really listens to her clients and doesn't push products. Her facials are amazing, and I would give six stars if I could!

  Amazing facials. Dianne is wonderful at explaining what facial would be best for your skin type and issues, and delivering a high quality and relaxing experience. Highly recommend!

  Dianne is amazing and so caring. Her sincere care for her clients is apparent through her skincare routine, which manages to be both productive (my skin always feels soft and glowing after a facial at Birch Tree) and relaxing. She is just as happy to sit in silence as she is to chat during a facial. It’s always a pleasure to get a facial from Dianne and to spend time with her.

  Dianne and her wonderful little spa are amazing! Everything about Dianne and her space make for the most relaxing, comfortable, and satisfying facial you’ll ever have. Dianne is wonderful about talking to you through the parts and processes in which you want to talk but then also lets you relax and enjoy your facial in silence. She’s very intuitive and respectful of your needs:) The facials and waxing are expertly done with much care and precision, never making you feel uncomfortable. And if you have the time ask for her magical face massage...it really is amazing!!

  I have been looking for an esthetician in the Acton area for awhile. A friend told me about Dianne at Birch Tree Esthetics and I gave her a try. I can't say enough good things about my experience with her. Dianne's studio is beautiful and comforting. She took her time to explain facial options, products and skin care in general. I did purchase a few products that I am loving but I never felt pressured to make a purchase. She shaped my brows perfectly and gave me the best facial I have had. Her facial massage is the BEST! If you need a facial and live in the area, I highly recommend Dianne and Birch Tree.
