  I have a Jenn Air Grill Griddle Down draft unit on the center island of my kitchen. It is a discontinued model and the grill element was not working. I replaced the element and that did not solve the problem. My usual appliance repair man was flummoxed. I called Doyons. They asked very specific questions about the model number etc. William, the repair man,came in a timely manner and quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. This was a big deal for me because the unit would not be easy to replace without disturbing the granite island counter.
  I could not be more pleased. William was also able to make friends with my three springer spaniels in the process. For appliance repair I highly recommend Doyons.

  I cannot speak more 'highly' of Doyon's!!! Given the 'five star' (only) rating system, I would give them a solid '10' if I could!!
  
  Recently, we purchased a new Blue Star 48" gas range, 40" Best hood, and dual Electrolux 'tower' refrigerator/freezer. Plus we doubled the size of the existing kitchen using Shrock cabinetry. Jeff, their installer, is a master craftsmen who is doing the entire install. He is a contractor who settles for nothing short of perfection!
  
  Jay Ponte, from Doyon's Kitchen design center in Bedford, truly has helped us every step of the way to ensure that we met our time schedule deadline down to the smallest of design details.
  
  Bruce, who's in appliance sales, also has been great, and offers a wealth of experience and expertise when it comes to knowing appliances! He is a man with decades of experience when it comes to know all the different appliances, and which products will best meet your needs.
  
  Truly, everyone who we have dealt with a Doyon's has been outstanding! No other way to say it!! Truly a company that believes in giving outstanding "service" and seeing to it that the customer is completely satisfied in every respect.
  
  I cannot recommend a better, and more fair priced vendor to deal with!!

  This was my second time using Doyon’s, this time for a new home. I worked very closely with the staff at Doyon’s while selecting new appliances for my kitchen. I was able to contact the store and discuss options knowing what to look for prior to shopping. The sales team was great giving me 4 different quotes and giving me time to discuss with my wife. Once we decided, the transaction was smooth and fast. Delivery was a breeze with the friendly Doyon’s staff. The installer did a great job and kept the workspace clean the entire time. You would be hard pressed to find a friendly and professional environment like Doyon’s. It’s the place to go for excellent products and customer service. Forget about the nonsense at a big box store, for a large purchase, go with a business that’s specialized and knowledgeable like Doyon’s.
