    We had our car appraised online before we stopped in, so when we stopped in we thought the dealer would drastically lower the price. However to our surprise they offered us exactly what the online offer was. Could not be more satisfied. The process was also very simple.

    Super fast. Reasonable offer for our car. Helpful and courteous staff. Everything was easy and problem free. I will use CarMax again in the future.

    The entire CarMax process when selling our car was smooth from start to finish. Rosie was super helpful. The in-person appraisal was identical to their quick online tool. With an appointment and our paperwork ready we were in and out in one hour. I highly recommend CarMax.

    Well it wasn't to bad as they had bent over backwards to get me the car that we had been looking at & showed up on the day to return car from 24hr test drive to sign papers finally got everything that was needed to take home the car & that's when they told me that they hadn't called the lender about the warranty as it was over the limit of what they felt was enough as they proceeded to tell me that I needed to pay another $1,000 on top of the $6600 I had just put down as down payment after signing all the paperwork to take the car home.......not my mistake so told them not my problem as I signed everything saying it had been approved as so I had thought so at time of signing they then had told me that they would pay for the window tint on the driver's window & passenger window as they had to take off old tint to put new on bring in receipt to be reimbursed for the work done up to $200

    We were able to trade in our car, test drive another, and buy a car - all in about 2 hours. Fantastic experience. They are transparent about all costs and do not try to push you into anything. We love CarMax. And the 30 day money back guarantee allowed us to feel comfortable buying the car. We love it and no problems so far. I've heard from some that you may pay a little more at CarMax - it's worth it.
