(January 16, 2019, 4:51 pm)Very impressed with Unique Indoor Comfort. They did AC + Heat in our house - an older home, built in 1930s. We had several rooms unheated and difficult to access via HVAC, due to flat roof. Unique team went the extra mile to get inconspicuous ducting to these rooms. I had also made a number of special requests (tucking ducting between floor joists in basement, using old radiator holes to route ducting, etc.) and they were very accommodating. We paid a premium to have them do the work, but they were not the most expensive of the bids, and their customer focus was excellent and well worth the premium to have it done right.

(October 31, 2018, 11:52 am)We had Unique Indoor Comfort install AC on the first floor, and from start to finish they provided professional, timely, and high quality work. We worked mostly with Steve and Jonathan, and both were absolutely amazing. The AC on our upper floors (much older system, installed before we bought the house) had some major issues on the week of July 4 - Steve came up and got it fixed on the day before the 4th as a last minute call. Their commitment to their customers is great! We'll definitely hire them again for when it comes time to replace the AC on our upper floors.

The work was done as promised on time and great clean up.
