  Everyone there was great! They were accommodating with scheduling and the physical therapist was very knowledgeable.

  So very happy we finally have a great physical therapy place in town. Karen and Karin are absolutely amazing! It is definitely a whole body approach and not just treatment for the area that hurts. Karen is very passionate at what she does, constantly trying to improve and explore options. Inquiring about my daily life to find ways where I can correct my posture and become healthier. She is very motivating in improving my views to continue my exercises at home. She even showed me exercises I can do with my ball and foam roller that weren't related to my injury.
  
  Also, very friendly, comfortable, clean and fun place. Always welcoming and warm. There is always someone present to make sure the exercises are done correctly. That wasn't the case with my old therapy place, where it was more like: you know what to do by now, I'll be around somewhere....
  
  Thanks again for caring so much and I will definitely recommend this place!

  I will echo the prior posting. This place is incredible with most of the credit due to Karen Murphy. The building space is spacious, well equipped, nicely air conditioned during the hot summer, the staff (especially Karen S) is very friendly, but let's talk about Karen:
  
  Karen listened to me, took lots of notes, did manual (passive) therapy every session, measured my progress, was a personal trainer, a teacher, and a coach all in one, sometimes doing the exercises with me. She gave me homework exercises and made sure I did them by testing me on my next visit. She is fun to be around and makes the exercises fun as well.
  
  I just 'graduated' after several weeks of sessions. I am in far less pain and far more flexible. I will continue to do my exercises and stretches at my local fitness center. She gave me my life back without surgery and far quicker than I thought possible!

  ProEx physical therapy in Billerica is by far the best physical therapy clinic I’ve been to and it’s all due to Karen Murphy! Due to many severe medical issues, I’ve had to place my quality of life in her hands. The complexity of my case along with the knowledge and professionalism she has displayed has exposed her as an all-star. I can’t thank her enough for the rapid progress I never could have made myself.

  ProEx of Billerica is by far very unique. The concept is straightening the whole body not just the area that is hurting. I've been to several and already I can feel the difference
