I have worked with Bella for years and can't say enough about them!! I am a local kitchen designer and Bella has handled my client's jobs as well as my own personal kitchen. My clients really like them and a few are very specific that they want Rick to do all there jobs. Rick is very picky and pays close attention to even the littlest details. Because he does the template, fabrication and installs there is no information lost in translation between those 3 processes. Most shops have a crew that does the template, another that fabricates the actual pieces and a third crew that installs them. I have found over the years this is where most of the errors occur.
As in life, things do come up and Rick handles them quickly and professionally. If he made an error her corrects it and if the error is someone else's he is always the first to jump in and help solve the problem! This is a huge asset to me with multiple jobs going on I need someone I can trust to be honest and efficient.
The quality of his work is one of the best I have seen. Rick is passionate about his work and it shows, especially in the final product!
Bella Surfaces recently installed a kitchen countertop for us. Their service was outstanding. They responded to all calls promptly, kept to their time line and were very pleasant and professional to deal with . Their seams are almost invisible and the counter looks stunning. They were careful not to bump anything in our home and cleaned up immaculately. We heartily recommend them.
