  I just joined this pool about a month ago. Swimming is the only thing I can do for exercise with my back. The staff were very friendly and nice, the price is decent, they give you a weekly schedule so you know when there is open swim. You can also partake in swimming aerobics as well as their other land classes and they have a small gym as well.

  I've been a member of Swymfit for several years. The facility is spartan but functional. It is also one of the few health clubs in my area with a pool.
  
  The atmosphere is low key - very different from a high-end fitness club. You won't see fancy spandex and preening weightlifters / crossfit fanatics. The clientele is on the mature end of the spectrum.
  
  The owner, Steve V, is friendly and always willing to discuss fitness and health. Given his PhD and experience as a US Ski Team trainer, his advice is quite credible.

  Swymfit has been a wonderful local place with an experienced staff for our child to take private swim lessons from age 4 all the way through level 5. After that we signed up for the Swymfit Swim Team, and love it. I highly recommend this swim program.

(978) 635-0500. I've been coming to swymfit for years. My kids all learned to swim there. It's a great, helpful staff. Yes, the building is a little old, but they do a great job maintaining the pool and the fitness machines are state of the art. Highly recommend.
