Kristin Summer could not have been more helpful. She has an eye for what will and will not work in your space and is extremely patient and helpful as you go through all your options.

(June 10, 2018, 8:38 am)We recently relocated from MA to FL and were looking for window treatments for our new house in Lakewood Ranch, FL. I found The Shade Store on-line and ordered a catalog and a few samples. We liked what we were sent so we visited the store in Burlington, MA. They were completely helpful, from helping us set up an appointment to get our windows measured in Florida, to selecting and ordering what we wanted for each window, and to getting the window treatments installed in a very reasonable timeframe. We are very pleased with both the product and service provided by The Shade Store and highly recommend them.
(January 26, 2018, 3:18 pm)We did our entire house's shades with the shade store!! We are very happy with the final results. Kristin Summer is awesome. She provided lots of helpful suggestions in terms of how to pick color and material so that the shades can go well with the rest of the house. It took a long time for us to finish everything and I probably changed my mind millions of times but she's always very patient and professional. Shade store has great quality products and a large selection too. You can always find a material that suits your needs. For rooms with lots of windows that need the shades go up and down everyday, we went with motorized shades. Yes it's more expensive but definitely worth every penny! In general, great products and great customer service.
(December 27, 2017, 2:47 pm)I have had the same color and curtains for the past 25-30 years. I was looking to update my dining room, kitchen and tv room which are all connected. I contacted Kristin Summer from the Shade Store not knowing what I wanted other than a change with a total new look and feel. Kristin sat down with me for almost 2 hours and showed me multiple ideas. I was feeling bad as a few of them I shot down however, Kristin listened very patiently to my comments. She came up with GREAT ideas not only outside of my comfort zone but out of the box ideas that I would never have thought of. She was able to get all 3 rooms to flow with all my new colors and shades. SHE IS A TRUE PROFESSIONAL IN EVERY SENSE OF THE WORD!!! I am so confident and happy of what was chosen and can hardly wait for them to be installed. THANK YOU KRISTIN!!! I would HIGHLY recommend her opinions and service to anyone who is looking to buy shades.
(July 21, 2017, 3:26 pm)I wish I could give 6 stars!! Our experience with the Shade Store in Burlington, particularly with Kristin Summer, was fantastic. My husband and I had just moved into a new construction condo with no window treatments, and had to start completely from scratch for every room in the house. This is particularly daunting when you're a perfectionist who's hobby is interior design. Kristin was extremely talented, creative, and patient with us, which I can imagine was difficult as we didn't have an exact vision of what we wanted but were trying to nail down a certain look. She ended up coming up with something outside the box and completely nailed it!! We are in love with how they came out and get compliments on our window treatments all the time! I also would like to note that having someone come measure and install everything for us for us was hugely helpful, as well. Thanks again to Kristin and her team!
