Almost immediately after my first session, and every day for the past seven months it has been getting me through struggles I’ve dealt with for decades. I recommend Paul to anyone who wants to self improve and just feel better!
(August 7, 2018, 1:12 pm)Paul Gustafson of Burlington Hypnosis - Paul has been a miracle in my life. A couple of years ago, when I was suffering terribly with anxiety and stress, all day, every day, a series of three sessions with him was so effective that I felt like a completely different person. Just recently, I went back to see Paul for help with a single, new fear that had almost developed into a phobia. In one session, I felt a huge amount of relief. The more I listen to my recordings of my sessions with Paul, the better I feel. If you are suffering with any of the problems listed on his website, please give him a try because he truly can change your life for the better. Paul is kind, caring and compassionate, and he's excellent at what he does!
(April 1, 2018, 8:48 pm)I finished my hypnotherapy with Paul about a month ago. He was great. Very professional. It's a very relaxing experience and if you believe in hypnosis he will make it work. I went mainly for fingernail biting and sleep deprivation. He got to know me and my lifestyle and used it in my audio sessions. I would highly recommend.
P.s.
I just clipped and cleaned my nails 3 days ago for the first time in my life.
