  I've been to this location 3 times and those were the only times I received good customer service with the exception of the 1 time I had to contact their corporate office to get an issue resolved.

  I went into pay my bill at the Kiosk . I went to greeting desk area to ask a question about my service. The person there explained was only greeter and asked me to wait for a service representative. I did not have time to wait seeing all the service reps were busy.

  Good helpful service during my recent visits! The staff was nice and very accommodating to the customers/guest waiting to return/inquire. Plan to wait a few minutes as the staff is very patient and polite with guests and they don’t rush them. There is usually a greeter at the front desk who will ask your first name to put it in the system and they will call you out as per your turn. New Xfinity mobile customers usually take long time (at least 30 minutes if no issues) to setup thereby increasing your wait time.

  My issue was resolved by the manager and i must say that they did go extra mile to resolve the below issue, but i realize the guy who sold the package to me was a new person which is why mistake happened and i think i respect this clarity, now i became loyal to them. One suggestion always save you bills and offer papers you get from any store it helps in case of issues.
  
  Biggest Lie Store, I Signed up for Home Internet cable & a mobile line they promised $100 & $500 visa card offer. Then i had another line which was promised $200 , so far i have received only $100 , every time you call them they would get rude because you asking for offer money. Reality is what to trust & what not to, one person will say oh i see the card is on the way , and then you call again after few weeks they tell you we are going to check what happened we dont see any offer, was there any offer like that. They are a Lie , they are sweet at the time of sale, but after sale they dont care, its all fake offers

  Very helpful staff. Jason helped me return my modem quickly and efficiently. The store was neatly kept and the service was fantastic.
