(March 9, 2019, 8:43 am)I like the wide variety of items and values on this site. It's well organized, and easy to navigate, unless you hope that your back button will bring you to the exact page you left to scrutinize an item. That's a bit exasperating.
I could also do without that whole last five minutes adds five minutes thing . It turns an auction into a dragged out torture. Set a cutoff time, and keep it.
The items i have bought have pleased me. They were packaged well and generally sent fairly soon. There have been a few surprises, not the good kind, but such is life. -

(March 6, 2019, 9:51 pm)The item (14K gold ring with rubies and diamonds) I bought in EBTH's online auction was exactly as pictured and described. In fact, it exceeded my expectations and I was thrilled at the price I got it for. After the auction was over, the ring was shipped promptly and arrived well packaged. I am getting a bit addicted to the site. Given the level of description they provide about the jewelry, I was comfortable buying it sight unseen and after my first purchase feel even more confident now.

(February 8, 2019, 8:00 am)I stopped enjoying this site for awhile due to high shipping costs and items broken in shipping. You’re getting better and bargains can still be found but let me ask you a question - Do you think it is reasonable to charge $20 to ship a dress? I’m not talking about a large bulky dress either. I’m talking about one that fits in an envelope. So while I enjoy this site, your astronomically high shipping cost have to be factored into the total price in order to determine if it is a bargain.

Options for delivery or pick up. I've won fragile items and received them all in superb condition, and very quickly.
