I made the decision to start therapy a little while back, and after three unsuccessful tries, I was fortunate enough to find Jennifer Royster. It is a very hard thing to come to terms with needing therapy, and even harder to find one that you can connect with. Jennifer provides me with a safe space to talk about my worries, struggles, and past traumas. She never pressures me to open up and talk about things before I am ready and allows me to go at my own pace which is very important to me. Finding someone who is nonjudgmental and intuitive to my needs has been crucial to my mental health and I know I've made the right decision working with Jennifer.

I had an incredible experience in therapy with Cassie Macaione for two years before I moved away from Massachusetts. Cassie has been extremely intuitive, warm, understanding, and accommodating for me throughout various life transitions and mental health struggles. She helped me gain new perspectives about my life and creative coping mechanisms. I have historically struggled to find a therapist who I feel "gets" me, but Cassie helped create a therapy space that made me feel safe and really helped me grow.
