Fishtail Pond

Only theater in Asheboro. Good selection of movies, everyone is friendly. Handy cap accessible. I like the theater.

Always has a decent selection of movies, good snacks, and even icees. What's not to love? they even have clean bathrooms.

Seats are comfortable. Not to over priced. Clean & friendly staff. I like being able to pick your seat.

Really nice movie theaters. The seats are comfortable and they recline back not much but maybe five six inches. They have a little arcade in there which will get you to spend a little bit more money if you got kids. Popcorn is a bit expensive. But they keep the place pretty clean facilities as well.

The easiest entrance is from the Dixie Dr side. It is quite a hike for physically challenged. Some of the chairs look rough, but the seats are roomy and sit well. Since the pandemic, all of their seating is reserved, so you have to pick a seat from a map. This is kind of unhandy if you've never been to the theater, or if the seat you chose is damaged or someone taller than you is in front of you.

Nice pond. Haven't caught any fish in it but there are some in it. River flowing in and out of it.
