(January 27, 2022, 6:57 pm)My son and I went to Metro PCS today. The amount of customers service that Leo have given us is amazing. We was treated with respect from the time walking into the door, until the time we left. I live in DC however I will pass all metro PCS stores just to come here. This is the best Metro PCS stores I have ever been in from NY to MD.
(January 14, 2022, 10:20 am)I went to this store for 3 days to upgrade my phone. I had all types of issues with the phone for 3 days. On the 3 day of taking it back. I was very heated and frustrated. Leo was the bomb in finding the problem with the upgrade. I so appreciate his time and most of all his patience. Thanks again Leo, phone working beautifully
