I have been of patient of Barbara for about 20 years. She is professional, knowledgeable, outgoing, friendly, and most of all she put your needs above all. I recommend her highly, I moved to Florida but I still fly up North to keep her as my audiologist
I have been going to Barbara for 8 years. She was the only audiologist I met who would let me try several hearing aids before I bought them. She is a hearing consultant and not a hearing aid salesperson. She does a hearing test for me annually and adjusts the programming for my hearing aids even though they are now 8 years old. I will not go to anyone else and will recommend her to anyone even if they have a long drive to get to her office. Don’t buy hearing aids until you see Barbara.
Very helpful and enthusiastic. She will let you try out hearing aids. Some place make you buy them up front. When we found that she was not in network for my insurance she gave me copies of the forms I would need to get started with a new audiologist. Saved me retesting and medical appointments to get started. Highly, highly recommend. Barbara is someone that enjoys what she does and really cares about her patients. I was very disappointed to have to leave her and find someone new.
