    We have been so impressed by Dr. Li and Heart Orthodontics. Our son was worried about getting braces, and Dr. Li could not have been kinder and more patient through the process, explaining every step in advance and making it comfortable for him. They have called to check in multiple times to make sure he's doing okay and to answer any questions. The office is also new and beautiful, an extra plus. I highly recommend Dr. Li!

    Dr. Li is extremely knowledgeable, confident, and always responsive to any questions. Her office is bright and clean and office visits are always a pleasant experience. Definitely recommend!

    What a difference a little "heart" can make! Our experience with Dr. Li has been markedly different than past orthodontic experiences. Beautiful and cheery state-of-the-art office, amenities which cater perfectly to her clientele, but the greatest asset of all is Dr. Li herself and the care she extends to her patients. The personal touches, goodies, and personal phone calls to check in with her patients after a procedure - this unique level of customer care is a rarity, and it makes her clients feel appreciated - and that includes children who actually enjoy their visits! I can't say enough good things about Dr. Li and the wonderful experience my family has had with Heart Orthodontics!

    Dr. Li is so impressive. She is knowledgeable and personable. Her office is amazing. She takes the time to explain everything and listen to her patient's concerns. You will not be disappointed!

    Dr. Li and Viviana are the dynamic duo of orthodontics! When I came in for my consultation I was blown away by their warm personalities and the care they took to make me feel comfortable and welcome. They listened to every concern I had and then offered me many different options. Also, their office is state of the art and they manage to make going to the orthodontist something genuinely enjoyable. Examples of their impeccable customer service are that when I got my braces on they gave me a gift bag with all of the 'braces essentials', and the office is open on Saturdays to make it easier for parents who work 9-5 to come in for appointments. I couldn't be happier with Heart Orthodontics, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an orthodontist.
