But when you come across someone who should be commended for their efforts, I am the first to share my experience. Today, I worked with Nicole over the phone to assist our mutual customer. Nicole was very efficient, and took care of the customer's needs right away. She was a pleasure to work with! Thanks again Nicole for making my experience with Coughlin a pleasurable one.
