  I had a hell of a job. Multiple layers of bad shingles, on top of a rotting barn board roof, with crumbling soffits in the dead of winter; Quinn's banged it out. But that's not the part that put it over the top for me. I paid for every inch of that job, they were doing what was expected and to the letter. But almost a year later I noticed my exterior wood stove chimney was leaning. One of the supports had come loose. I called a chimney repair service for help (I'll not name names because I don't do negative reviews) but their quote made my head spin. On a long shot I called Quinn's. They said, "We we're the last hands to touch it, it's our responsibility." I was flabbergasted. They dispatched a team to check it out in a couple of days with it diagnosed and repaired in a week. The repair lead, Selena, was professional, responsive, and put in the extra effort to assure that it wouldn't happen again. And I never paid another cent, because they stand by their work. Quinn's will be my first call for projects I want done right from now on.

  We had finally decided that we did not want to get the clapboards replaced and repaint the house so vinyl siding was the logical choice. One thing we did not want was to have the typical vinyl sided house with white trim. EVERY vinyl sided house has white trim. BORING!!
  
  We wanted to keep the same basic color scheme so I began the chore of finding the proper contractor to do the job. I called several companies. Often you can tell by the presentation of the first meeting if they are going to do good work.
  
  This was the case with Quinn's Construction. The first contractor was like a used car salesman and was clearly over its head. While being the lowest quote, it was clear the work would be subpar. The second contractor was much better but lost out since they could not find the proper materials to do the job to my satisfaction.
  
  Quinn's Construction took ample time to listen to my wants and provided several options to accomplish the goal. They were the highest price but it was clear that you get what you pay for. The crew was professional and prompt. The work was done over the end of winter. We provided our garage to the work force to make life best for all.
  
  Some minor issues had to be dealt with but we came to a fair agreement and the work was done as desired. The attention to detail was great. From the trim around the roof line to the address number box and the doorbells, this was done properly. The bay window required some additional work but it was done well.
  
  I have no complaints and highly recommend Quinn's Construction. See the pictures and make your own assessment.

  Any home owner contemplating exterior work would be wise to start their process by having a conversation with Quinn’s Construction. We are thankful for having trusted the renovation of our entire exterior to them, and now enjoy an extremely well-constructed and charming home.
  
  Our massive project involved new roofing shingles, gutters and downspouts; replacement of 3 existing sky light windows; removal of 20+ vinyl windows and installation of high end wooden windows; demolition of vinyl siding and wood clapboard followed by installation of Hardie siding; trimming all windows, doors, gables, eaves and friezes with PVC; demolition of existing front and back porches and replacement with new porches; and construction of new and renovation of existing garden sheds. Quinn provided us with many references for all of these project types, employs professionals with deep experience in all of these trades and maintains their workers’ product certification, is well staffed to provide organizational management from start to finish, and backs their workmanship with an impressive 10 year warranty.
  
  Early on as we began to explore our project with and evaluate prospective contractor firms, Quinn began to win us over by helping us understand benefits of grouping projects together to ensure better integration for aesthetics and weather proofing. Among the eight contractors we considered, Quinn prepared the most detailed estimate that cost-itemized and explained all aspects of the work to be performed. This transparency helped us better understand the full scope of our project, focused our attention on design details that could impact pricing, afforded a clearer picture of the true cost for our project, and eased construction by lining up specialty supply items in a timely fashion. Quinn gladly met with us as many times as needed to educate and advise us about product selection. We greatly appreciated their depth of knowledge, willingness to carefully consider product selection with us, and the many contract revisions. In any complex construction project, all of this up-front work is critical to minimizing surprises and reducing stress.
  
  We continued to feel confident in Quinn as we seamlessly transitioned to the construction phase. Recognizing that no contract will contemplate every detail, we were very pleased to see our construction manager anticipate and discuss these gaps with us. Indeed, he was extremely conscientious about having upfront discussions to ensure our calibration on any significant issues meriting further consideration. We were extremely grateful for easy and frequent communication with us and the crews to ensure alignment throughout the project. Quinn has deep home building expertise, exercised excellent judgment, and frequently advised us of construction choices that kept us fully satisfied as to design and structural or weather integrity. We remained attentive to detail for the duration of construction, and every concern we raised was fully and professionally addressed. Quinn was extraordinarily organized and flexible in working with and around other contractors on parallel projects. Quinn willingly advanced or delayed various aspects of our project so as to enable these other exterior projects (landscaping and sewer excavation) to proceed in a timely fashion.
  
  Quinn always made us feel like a valued client. While recognizing that work on others’ projects would necessarily coincide with our own, we always felt Quinn valued our business and kept us well informed about timelines.

  We had Quinn's install a custom 10' Pella sliding door with two large custom Pella floor to ceiling windows on each side. Due to Covid-19, Quinn's was extremely busy, and Pella took a while to build the custom door and windows. So while we started the measuring process in August, we didn't get the door and windows installed until mid-December. Fortunately, it only took two days to complete and the weather was good for both days.
  
  Theses Pella windows and door replaced the original Anderson's that had been in place for close to 50 years. Sun and rain has taken their toll, and there was water damage under the old door. Quinn's team reconstructed all of the framing and added some impressive waterproofing that far exceeded the original install.
  
  The two guys who performed the install were polite, meticulous, and left the job clean and complete.
  
  We are extremely happy with the results, and will not hesitate to use Quinn's in the future, or recommend Quinn's to others.

  We had intended to do a strictly interior remodel, but due to our contractor’s failures, I needed to engage with a siding contractor. James Hardie arranged for 4 companies to bid, and Quinn’s was the most responsive and professional team to respond. As our interior team finished their work, Quinn’s team arrived and fully stripped the exterior vinyl and 100 year clapboard and all trim. They methodically laid out a plan and brought the house to a finish level that is far superior than we thought could be achieved. They are truly craftsmen in their work. The fit and finish has all of our neighbors commenting on our “new” house.
