“I have been going to 180 Fitness since March 2018. I trained with Terrie for 12 weeks to build muscle and slim down, both were a success! She is a great motivator and a pleasure to train with 3 days a week. When my training ended, I start attending the classes... specifically Spin and Boot Camp. Because it is not a typical gym, where most people walk around with head phones on and not talking to anyone, I was able to meet a wonderful group of people. It is very neat and clean and equipment is in very good shape. I highly recommend checking it out.”
