  The community is located off the main roads in a beautiful wooded area, but very close to all conveniences, grocery, the pike, malls...The apartments, common areas, and pool area are wonderfully maintained. With the playground, and the pool..kids will have fun. Great sidewalks for strolls in the community, and also some trails to walk a dog, or take a run.The best part of this community are its dedicated employees...Natalia, Leo & Lori, along with many other wonderful staff members are ALWAYS willing to help with questions, problems, and concerns.They are friendly and kind. I'd definitely recommend Avalon.

  We lived at Avalon in Framingham for almost 2 years, we absolutely loved it. The community is great and the staff is simply 5 stars, Natalia, Lauren, Leo and Emilio are awesome. They are always pleasant, polite, understanding and ready to help you. We have two little kids that still ask to go back to Avalon, because they just loved it so much, our neighbors were awesome, the amenities are the best and they always have a delicious chocolate that my daughter asks about almost every day. Our apartment was amazing, great closet space, bathrooms are great size, the kitchen is super cute, snow removal is prompt, repair service is quick and most important, friendly, and the laundry in the unit is priceless. Definitely recommend it to everyone, we made friends for life there, and we were so grateful to have been part of it.

  I cannot overstate how WONDERFUL the Avalon Framingham community is! The grounds and apartments are great for young professional living, but still provide a quiet and relaxed environment. However, the best part about living here is the excellent and friendly service provided by the Avalon Framingham staff - specifically Natalia, Leo, Lori, and Shamier. They work hard to make your life easier. I have lived here for a year and I have been well taken care of - from leasing to maintenance they have been awesome! 5 stars!!!!!

  What gives Avalon a great reputation is its people, and your team here in Framingham is simply the best. From the beginning of my apartment search last year, including the tours, lease execution, finding furniture, and moving in, my experience has been nothing short of tremendous.
  Natalia has always been there, with a “can-do” attitude and a smile. She and Lori are extremely responsive and proactive. The maintenance team does a fantastic job, and if there was ever something that needed servicing, it was fixed immediately.
  In addition to the clean, well designed and comfortable apartments, this community is great. I use the gym a lot, have used the outdoor grilling area, and find that everything simply works. When friends visit they are blown away by how great this place is.
  Thank you for going the extra mile to make my experience here such a positive one!

  We've lived at Avalon Framingham for over 3 years now and it's been an excellent experience since starting the lease paperwork. We love our apartment home and the amenities. The whole Framingham Avalon team is outstanding, the Leasing Office team is incredibly helpful, the Maintenance team is very responsive and does a great job - everyone is friendly and enjoyable to work with. We have nice neighbors and the complex is a great neighborhood.
