  The service I had done by Rodenhiser was the installation of kitchen pendant lights and a whole house fan. The service technicians were polite, professional, and clearly explained all of the work they were going to do. They made sure they consulted with me on all decisions that had to be made during the installations. The installations were successfully completed and they did a great job of cleaning up. Everything works beautifully. I highly recommend them.

  I have lived in Maynard for about two years and as a homeowner it's always difficult to find trustworthy companies that are not just great at what they do but also that have wonderful customer service. Rodenhiser has provided all of that and I am more than happy to recommend this company to anyone who is looking to find hardworking, trustworthy, kind staff that know very well what they are doing. They go beyond than just selling a service, they take into consideration the best options for the client, both for their situation and their wallet.

  Mike P was here recently to deal with an expanding pool of water around our hot water tank and with patience and persistence finally tracked it to its source. He then took time to explain a number of options for the 13 year old tank and our 28 year old boiler. Replacing both units with a high efficiency combi boiler through Mass Save looked like an attractive option so Mike put us in touch with Ross Pickett to explore it further. Mike is a consummate professional with a friendly style and engaging manner. Mary and I valued his advice and thoroughly enjoyed his visit.

  Chris Heafey was terrific - prompt, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. He did a great job, was open to all my questions, and walked me through the whole process. We are also really pleased with the high quality of work and service he provided. We will certainly call Chris and Rodenhiser again. I recommend them very highly. Thanks again!

  Alex showed up on time for an annual maintenance of a my natural gas heating furnace. Alex demonstrated understanding of the machine operation and setup.
  Alex performed the service professionally and ensure that the unit is setup for peak performance.
  Throughout the visit, Alex was very pleasant and professional and answered any questions and concerns I had.
  Upon completion of the job, Alex left the work site cleaned and tidy.
