Mark's Pianos

Mark and his crew were very professional and courteous. They had all of the right tools and equipment needed for the job. They were very careful with our piano and very careful with our house. They provided pads for under piano legs to make it easier to move in the future while protecting our floor. Mark is extremely knowledgable about pianos and he gave several pieces of advice ( I learned several new things today). Although knowledgable, Mark explains everything clearly without being pompous. It was a great experience and I highly recommend him.

TOP NOTCH movers! Had my piano moved along with two antiques to my new home a couple towns over. I’m very impressed with the attention to all details in addressing the moving of these items. Not only were the items carefully and methodically moved but the floors, door frames, stone stairs and other obstacles were carefully unharmed throughout this process. Very grateful to Mark, his kind wife and eldest son for how hard they worked to make it look so easy. So glad for there help yesterday. Look forward to having Mark tune and service the piano in the near future.

Marks Pianos! What a great experience I had purchasing a U1. Mark mentioned it being a family business on the phone and boy was he right. He and his son and wife showed up to deliver this piano to my house, and the move went smoother than I could have imagined. The piano itself is a great value and exactly what I expected. I'm looking forward to having Mark come back and install a humidity system and give this lovely instrument it's first tuning at my studio next month. Thank you Mark!

I finally decided to ditch the digital piano and go for the acoustic. I had no idea what I was doing as I am still new to the piano (only 3 years experience) so I didn't really know how to begin the process. Luckily my teacher heard of Mark's Pianos from one of his friends and we both took a trip to Holliston to meet Marc and test out some of his pianos. Mark is a true expert! He made the process so easy from beginning to end. The customer service experience was excellent and it is great to work with a family owned operation. I would not hesitate to recommend Mark's Pianos for anyone looking to upgrade or buy a new piano like I did. He is not pushy in the slightest. He truly tries to identify your needs as the customer and set you up with the best option available for your budget and skill set.
