Milford Regional Urgent Care - Hopkinton

What a great experience I had. I had to see someone as my GP was unavailable.
I went to this Urgent Care and was pleasantly surprised how I was treated. The receptionist was friendly and a delight to speak with. The Nurse Practitioner, Morgan, was just terrific! Morgan was professional very informative and very patient. She listen to me and answers all my questions in plain English. I never felt rushed or imposing on her time.
A terrific “bed side manner” that I wish more healthcare providers had.
She was a pleasure to meet.

I had an amazing experience from the front desk who even wished me well. To the MA who was very kind and explained everything. To Jen the NP. Jen went way above and beyond to reassure, explain and really listened to me. I hope that they all get recognized and told about these compliments. Even though I'm really sick..they all made things as seamless as possible. Thank you to you all, especially NP Jen...💜

This office has the best staff- from the front desk- to the triage nurse- to the PA or Doc. The office is very clean and everyone is kind and caring.

Dr. Fitzgerald and the entire staff at Hopkinton urgent care are absolutely amazing and extremely professional. Of the couple times I’ve been I have never had to wait more than a few minutes and my visits never drag on waiting for the staff.

From the lab work to X-ray department, everyone is friendly and great at their profession. Can not say enough good things about this place.
