  I am a frequent customer at Avidia in Washington St. depositing checks and making withdrawals for my business KD Landscaping. I always have a pleasant, effective, fast experience. I really enjoy working with Samantha! What’s a great group of people there! Keep it up!

  We went in to open an account for my 10 year old son. We were greeted by Samantha, who was very friendly and kind! She introduced us to Charlene, who told us all about their kids Max savings account which is really awesome and has great incentives for saving. Charlene was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions regarding the account. My son received an awesome gift box with a bunch of goodies and also $10 for opening an account. He is very excited to have his own bank account and he’s already looking forward to saving to earn the great incentives! What a great program this bank has for young children to teach them good money habits at such an early age. Charlene even challenged my son with a question asking him “What are you planning to save your money for” I was surprised to hear him say “College.” Thank you Avidia Bank for having such a great program for our young children who are the future leaders of this world! We we’re very satisfied with our service here today and I definitely will be returning to open a second account for my daughter.

  You know , I would never think to review a bank .. restaurants , vendors etc yes .. but not a bank ..but I had some great experiences at this branch and after going to another bank and getting poor service - it made me realize the staff at this branch is truly top notch - from excellent customer service from Charlene larson to my banking experiences with - Samantha , Joe , Jen and the ever helpful
  Sandy. These people actually care and remember me . In a very odd fact - I walked into that bank on November 7 th last year and I received a call in line that my father had passed away as I was going to see him - I was literally at the window with sandy - as I teared up
  Lizette and the others asked me how my father was doing - I couldn’t say he just died .. I told them not good ... they all wished me well ... I walked out and cried in the car ... you know what this is my bank and always will be ..thanks for that day ....thanks again to that staff ... love ya

  Love this bank in Hudson on Washington st! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Went in to open an account for myself and for my daughter. Samantha introduced me to Fernando to help me open them, Samantha was friendly and so helpful. Fernando was very informative with all the information I needed to know for the accounts. So fast too! My daughter got a BUNCH on prizes for opening a savings account along with 10$ deposited on her account as well! So happy with my service provided today!

  Love my avidia bank! They treat us like family! We've been customers for almost 7 years and have nothing but good to say about them nice workers there,and they don't lag they'll get you in and get you out ...Always friendly always professional !
