Many thanks to the staff at Crickets who worked with me around choosing and delivering birthday flowers to a friend who then ended up hospitalized on that day. They were so easy to work with, held onto the order, and delivered it only after the friend was home again. Much appreciated! Beautiful flowers and excellent customer service.

Much gratitude to Crickets for handling my special sympathy needs. They had the fresh white roses! They were open early, and they went out of their way to make sure delivery could happen in our special time frame.

I called early in the morning, and the florist was able to accommodate and complete an absolutely gorgeous arrangement (New England Harvest Memories) for me to pick up in the late morning. The flowers were vibrant and fresh and the arrangement looked like what was shown on their website (which can be hit or miss with the nationwide floral delivery places). They even had cute dog treats. This is a gem of a store, and I will definitely be going back in the future.

Made an online order. It was delivered early on the day requested. The anniversary arrangement was bigger and better than what was presented in their picture. I am so pleased! The recipients are thrilled!! I will buy from them again, and highly recommend Cricket Flowers. Thanks so much :)
