  My primary care doctor in BIDMC Lexington office is Dr. Misha Dad. What can I say....very professional, honest, knowledgeable, welcoming. She made me feel very comfortable. She let me ask any questions I had and patiently provided clear explanations to all of them. She said not to worry if you forgot to ask anything, you can always call me or ask through patient site. I never felt being rushed. I feel absolutely confident I chose the right doctor and I feel very lucky to have found her.
  Her assistant is also extremely welcoming and outstanding. I highly recommend BIDMC.

  I have been going here for about 6 years- through two babies!
  Dr. Kobelin is amazing- down to earth and very patient. The nurses are extremely knowledgeable and always treat me like one of the "family"- asking about my kids and remembering small details about my life. In healthcare, it's all these small details that add up to an extremely positive experience.

  I've been going to this location for the past 10 years. The doctors are all excellent. I feel taken care of and respected when I go in and always am treated like a person, never a co pay.
  
  The nurses in the phlebotomy lab are the best. They deal with adults going to BID and kids from Children's. They're amazing and I feel super safe with them.
  
  I've also had amazing experiences with the physical therapists and X-ray techs. They all are personable, kind and understanding of your needs and expectations.
  
  The women who work the multiple reception desks in the building are saintly. They follow their own protocol but are always willing to help out when something isn't working. Their knowledge of the BID system is profound.
  
  I love my BID medical crew. They're the bomb. No idea where these negative comments are from, but those people might have not actually been to the Bedford/Lexington location.
