  I went to see Tamie due to lower back muscle inflammation and pain. Tamie took the time to try and determine the underlying cause the of the problem and the specific muscles that were impacted. I went for 3-4 acupuncture treatments and it helped reduce the back pain. Furthermore, Tamie provided me with some information on the lower back / QL muscles that was very helpful and informative. She also suggested various exercises, diet changes and natural herbal remedies that helped. Tamie is very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend her practice to anyone seeking acupuncture treatments.

  I first found Tamie when I was 40 weeks pregnant and deathly sick with a sinus infection. She very kindly fit me into her busy schedule, and saw me that day to try to boost my immune system. Since then I have been going to see her for acupuncture, and also her functional medicine practice. Tamie has helped me to learn more about the best way to support my immune system which includes her amazing acupuncture sessions, but also vitamins and supplements. She is a wealth of knowledge, and if she doesn't know she will find out immediately. I'll randomly get emails from Tamie with links and valuable information and suggestions for me. She is extremely caring and thorough!

  I am a senior citizen and have been going to Tamie for seven years. Not only is Tamie a gifted acupuncturist, but she also uses the Functional Medicine approach and seeks the underlying causes of problems. Tamie has not only helped improve function in my impaired leg, but has also helped me with key issues concerning gut health, nutrition and hormonal balance. Tamie truly cares for her clients, and I am deeply grateful for her presence in my life.

  I went to Tamie because we had just experienced two miscarriages and wanted to see how Tamie could be helpful to me after being immensely helpful to my wife for the previous 5 years. Right away, she determined my stress level could be a factor in our fertility struggles. Hearing it from her solidified what I already knew- I was doing too much. I quit a second job, prioritized my health, took supplements recommended by Tamie, and saw her for acupuncture weekly for 3 months. Nine months later, we are expecting our baby any day now. Thanks Tamie!

  I met Tamie through a colleague in the summer of 2018. My husband and I had been trying to get pregnant for over a year and were having some difficulty. Two months after I started seeing Tamie my husband and I found out we were pregnant. I continued to see Tamie on a weekly basis throughout my pregnancy - we recently welcomed a healthy baby girl. She has a wealth of information and always makes time to talk through and answer questions and to share her advice. She was an incredible partner on this journey and I am so lucky to have found her and would highly recommend her and her services.
