  I found Jonathan a few years ago when I was looking for my first home. As a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions and was a bit nervous about the whole process. Jonathan's easy going nature, experience, knowledge, balanced advice and willingness to answer all of my questions (sometimes stupid) was comforting to me and put me at ease. Jonathan helped me find a beautiful home that fit my family and my needs perfectly and walked me through the actual buying process with the patience of a saint (again, lots of questions from me!). I was so pleased with my experience with Jonathan that when it came time for my father to sell our family home of 45 years and he wanted to do it himself i said "absolutely not" and insisted he work with Jonathan to organize the sale. When my dad agreed, again, I was very much at ease knowing that my father was in good hands. I can speak for my father confidently and say that he was also very happy working with Jonathan.   Jonathan is nice, honest and patient, qualities that are not common among real estate’s agents
  Buying a house is a long process. It can take months…
  We heard a lot of stories on agents that will push a customer to close a deal and get their share and even came across few until we found Jonathan.
  Jonathan is the perfect agent to guide you through this process.
  He was always on our side, even if it meant more work for him , he never pushed us above our economical abilities, never pushed to make an offer that is higher than what we could handle, never pushed to close a deal, he studied our needs and the crazy specific details that matter to us in a house and helped us find a house that is the perfect fit, he recommended on the available open houses that met the criteria and also went with us to see houses as many times as we requested until we felt we had enough, than he waited to let us digest the parameters and make a decision with no pressure, he followed up on any issue that bothers us, discuss our hesitations without trying to influence our decision.
  After we made the decision and managed to get the house, the deal was closed and Jonathan was still assisting with guidance of the purchasing process, making sure we understand all the steps and that we don’t rush until all is properly checked.
  I recommend Jonathan to anyone that want to buy a house and enjoy it.

  We had been looking for a home for 3 years and had been through several realtors before finding Jonathan deAraujo. I found his name online and chose to contact him since he had received several positive reviews on the internet. Within 3 months, Jonathan used his unique strategies to help us find the perfect home. Although we were not looking for new construction, he was able to find us a home that was just being built, that fit our needs. Throughout the process of building our home Jonathan was very accessible, giving us guidance whenever we asked and checking in periodically to make sure that we were on track with everything. If he did not know an answer to something, he would always do research and find the answer. Although we have moved into our new home, he is still involved, checking in, and lending a helping hand if we holler. He has always been ready to go the extra mile – something we’ve never experienced with any of our past realtors. All of this is done with patience and a high degree of professionalism. We are truly fortunate to have found him!
